Featured Warhawk January 2020: Keenan Orr

Happy New Year, Class of '94 JMHS Warhawks! We think there’s no better way to ring in the 2020’s by getting to know another one of our classmates! So with that, ladies and gentlemen, we give you January’s Warhawk of the Month, the amazingly talented, Keenan Orr!

How would you describe your life in 10 words or less?

Nocturnal international disc jockey and pizza enthusiast.

Would you rather win an Olympic medal, an Academy Award or the Nobel Peace Prize?

I would love to do something impactful enough for society to be considered for a Nobel Peace Prize, but deep down I want to be an EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony).

If you could spend the day with any Warhawk, past or present, who would it be and why?

I get to see my favorite Warhawks whenever I visit Vienna. My mom (‘73) and brother (‘98) are both alums.

What’s on the top of your bucket list?

I have a huge bucket list that I’m slowly checking off one by one, but visiting the remote Easter Island is on the top of my bucket list.

What JMHS teacher or coach made the biggest impact in your life and how?

There were so many teachers that impacted my life at Madison. I would have to say Mr. Sommers’ theater arts class allowed me to really explore my creative side.
