Featured Warhawk February 2020: Nayna Agrawal

Updated: Oct 9, 2020

This month we feature Renaissance woman and classmate Nayna Agrawal.

Nayna has had a professional career that runs the gamut from financial analyst to international aid director to entertainment writer. Currently she is living her best life in Hollywood, California, where she has been featured in Variety magazine as one of "100 Writers to Watch."

She currently writes for "The Baker and The Beauty" an ABC show set to premiere in April. Other shows on which she's written include: Netflix's "Starbeam" and Disney Jr. "Mira, Royal Detective" - both premiering this year. We can't wait to see what comes next for Nayna!

Here's her Q&A!

How would you describe your life in 10 words or less? I am a playwright as well as TV/feature writer.

Would you rather win an Olympic medal, an Academy Award or the Nobel Peace Prize? Nobel Peace Prize.

If you could spend the day with any Warhawk, past or present, who would it be and why? Lynn Ploch-Craner. She has been a constant source of support and radiates positivity.

What’s on the top of your bucket list? I actually don't have such a list! I think I live a pretty colorful life so perhaps that's why.

What JMHS teacher or coach made the biggest impact in your life and how? Suzanne Savage. She showed me the beauty of words.
